great atmoshire. there was a fab irish band on. lovely crowd. they let us in, in our 70s fancy dress. the guys on the door were lovely. will deffo be going in again.

What a great pub super friendly staff, the atmosphere on the two nights we visited was brilliant. The music was top quality, great selection of drinks. Looking forward to seeing Andrew and all the staff again soon for more good times.

Went to the official launch of Kiely's last night, 28th September and have to say this is a great place where warm Irish hospitality awaits all who enter.

Decked out in the style of a traditional Irish bar with a contemporary twist it fits in perfectly with it's surroundings and with the growing trend to seek out the real craic.



There's a great selection of drinks on offer and the walls are adorned with pictures that serve to remind you that you're in a little piece of Ireland. The background music selections do the same and include that generational Anglo-Irish connection with tracks from Oasis and The Smiths blending in with traditional choices from the Dubliners, The Fureys etc.



Kiely's is a great addition to the Manc Irish bars located in the city centre and judging by the superb live music that had everyone's feet tapping away on my visit, this place will be a huge draw.



Best of luck to Andy, the proprietor and his dad, Pat, who both found the time, on a busy day for them, to make everyone in the bar feel welcome.

Top bar! Had a brilliant atmosphere when we were in there lively with everyone having a good time � The staff were friendly, good banter just what you need on a Saturday night!

This place is absolutely brilliant its a real irish bar ...pub is great the staff are great live music was great .... pub is spotless ... loved every second we spent there ... cant wait to visit again!

Popped in there this weekend, great choice of drinks, everyone was so friendly and the music was brilliant. Can't wait to come back with the girls!

I was responsible for organising our company Christmas party this year and decided to go to Kiely's after we had been to the Crystal Maze. The team, Charlotte in particular, were all very helpful in the preparation process from sending me information and sorting out pre ordering some food and drink. On the night Lee, the bar manager, was very attentive. The live music was first class and everyone had a great time. Wonderful Irish bar in the centre of Manchester!

Great to see a nice, different and contempory irish bar to the city. Very warm welcome, visited last night for a few drinks, great atmosphere, lovely friendly staff. Be back again soon, i would recommend to others.

Came last night to see paddy Ryans band totally loved it . Amazing voice.... great pub too defo come again.. especially to see above :-D

Best place in Manchester for food, drink and general great hospitality. Highly highly recommend it to everyone on anytime or day of the week.

Visited sat 14 oct.. with friends up for the weekend from London .. really nice place to meet up and drink.. My mate from london did comment it was as dear to drink in Kielys as it was in Windsor were they live ( if not dearer than some bars)

Nice friendly staff, well staffed bar didn’t have to wait long to be served, and very pleasant friendly professional Door Supervisors.

Made a visit to this new bar after a day of training in Manchester . Only opened a few weeks , there was a great vibe , good mix of people and staff were very friendly and professional. Would recommend and visit again when in Manchester .

Went there for a pint of Guinness. It was ok, albeit rather pricey. Having lived in the same building for 10 years, I've seen places come and go. Don't think this one will last long, either. It's kind of nothing place. The Belgian bar before them at least had taps on tables, which was fun. Meh.

Lovely bar and good atmosphere but £11.60 for a pint and vodka is steep even by Manchester prices! Most expensive round of the day in numerous bars, shame as seemed a good place to have a few chilled beers n catch up on sport!

Visited Manchester today to see a show at the Palace theatre and took my mum and sister to Kielys afterwards for a drink. At 10:30pm we were told by two bouncers that we could not come in as it was full to capacity even though it looked like there were only about 60 people in the bar. The bouncers were clearly being arrogant for the sake of it and when my mum pointed out that there were two free tables in view, they still turned us away, in the pouring rain. Not best pleased to say the least.
