Hello guys,

I've decided to set up this page as i'm now taking bookings for Diet Plans, Training Plans, Supplement advice and 1 to 1's for those that live in the North West area.

The mission:
*To help people get active.
*To help those people that are active, get in shape.
*To help those in shape, get SHREDDED! !
*To share diet tips /tricks, training preferences, supplement reviews, motivation and progress with each other.
*For me to be able to support those not in the local area with diet plans, training plans etc via Skype
*For you to be able to keep up with any new competitions, photoshoots or anything else i'll be doing in the near future.
*For everyone to interact with each other that have the similar interest of HEALTH and FITNESS!

Rome wasnt built in a day and not all 'transformations' happen in 8 weeks. Online client @georgiamcaleavey 12 weeks into her cut . During the 12 weeks: -Several (loads) of nights out πŸ’ƒ -15mins cardio a day max (usually when she's been out) πŸ₯‚... -10cm off her waist πŸ’… -10cm off her hips πŸ‘ . The interesting part is there is only approx 5lbs difference in 'weight' lost in the 12 weeks. Now imagine if she was on slimming world or other fat loss programmes which change kcals based on scale weight. She'd be on 500kcals a day by now πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ fyi she is on a lot more than that! πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ
How's she done it? Weight trains consistently 5 days a week. Nails her nutrition pretty much 5-6 days a week consistently, and doesnt go mental on her 'off' days. Essentially, the basics! . So here's the facts: - weight trained 3-5x per week - zero cardio... - calories went down (not to a stupid level), then back up (gradually) - busy job / lifestyle - included social occasions (sometimes one too many!) - BODY WEIGHT IS EXACTLY THE SAME IN BOTH PICS! . This is another example of why using the weight on the scale as the 'only' measurement of progress isnt accurate at all. But then to make nutritional decisions based on that is just mental 🀯 aka weight watchers, slimming world and other online fat loss programmes . Ez bar curls focusing on hard contractions at the top . Weightless hammer bar contractions to hit the brachialis and put a hella lot of blood in the muscle - these were actually the most painful... . Pronated (overhand grip) barbell curls to finish the brachialis off . If you can still put a pint to your mouth after a couple sets of these then you didnt try hard enough . Incline DB fly's common mistakes: - going too far down into the fly and activating the front delts before the chest - bent arms at the top (decreases ROM)... - Focussing on throwing the dumbells together as apposed to contracting the chest . How To Do Efficient Incline DB Fly's: - straight arms at the top - dont come inside shoulder width - drive biceps together and back down into the bench - slight pause at the bottom, then switch the pause to the top when failed - mechanical dropset into presses once hit failure . @stevostevo78 doing a little back superset i put him through during his pull day . Going with a shoulder width grip to increase range of motion (i hardly ever advise using a narrow grip for rowing), driving 'down' first to recruit more lats then driving 'back' once failed to recruit more upper back/traps etc . One of my favourite exercises for building strength in the legs - HEAVY LUNGES . They're safe, no limiting factors apart from my strength and also very good biomechanically for the πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ .
