Only 5km from the Syrian border, the region is renowned for its rich culinary heritage claiming rights to much feted favourites such as lahmacuns, pides, charcoal kebabs and world famous Baklava layered with home grown pistachios. True to its heritage, food is prepared by hand using techniques passed down over generations.

Birthplace of founder and established restaurateur Mehmet Kocakerim , Kilis Kitchen brings the authentic viand delights of Turkish, Syrian and Lebanese mezes and charcoal grilled dishes to fashionable Islington. In Kilis Kitchen, Mehmet has succeeded in adopting a tantalizing menu that
