It's been a another busy day here on the yard. Clyde went off to his new home and loaded like a pro. Nicole and I have been packing ready for the big move. Vet out to do the vetting for the lovely Rita who will be off to her new home next week. Jackie the donkey also see the vet just to make sure the abcess in her foot is draining well. Jackie can now put her foot to the ground so we hope she will be back out with the herd next week. Don't forget our yard sale tomo so come and grab a bargain.

Another great home found for one of our rescues this week. At long last the lovely one eyed Clyde has found a new home with Tina and her family. Clyde will be joining them next week. We will miss this sweet boy as he came to us with his mummy at the age of 5wks. Good luck Clyde we know you will be well cared for and loved by all.

We have found 2 more rescues a lovely new home. Little Bilbo went off last week to join a young pony as a companion and once broken will then be a first pony. The lovely Clyde who lost an eye as a foal has found a fantastic home not far from us as a companion pony. Hero. Luke and Rita will also be going up for rehoming soon. After a visit from our lovely vet Steve at GVG Brooks has confirmed Rita is not in foal so she can now go up for rehoming. We have had a great year finding homes for many of our rescues and those that are in homes are all doing well loved and happy horses.

Big thank you to Adele and her work team for doing such a brillent job on the stables they look fab. Over the next week or so more will be going up again a big thank you to everyone that has given us suport and made this all possible. X

Our little boy loui had his operation yesterday at the SX equine hospital. His operation went well thank you to everyone that donated towards his operation. Once healed he and his brother Liam will be off to a new home in Wales.

Well the first time in 4yrs we have been able to have the farrier out to do our donkeys with no sedation made my day. 3 of our donkeys were chained before they came to us and each time we had their feet done we have had to have the vet sedate them as they were so nervous. Today I'm one happy mummy.
