Messy hairy brows 😩 2. Brush your brows in the desired direction. 3. Fill in your brows with a brow pencil lightly - try creating hair strokes, brush through the brows with a spoolie brush-this is so your brows wont look blocky😬 4. Fill in underneath the brow with highlighter or concealer. 5. Carve up to the brows using a flat brush to create the desired shape. 6.
