Kinetal is a video marketing agency based in Leicester with a global audience and global clients with regular travel to the USA & Europe for client work.
We create promotional, awards, testimonial, product demos to name just a few, we also have a heavy onus on digital marketing and content marketing, providing the video assets and supporting clients with the delivery of these assets across their social channels.

As a Videographer / Editor you will spend your time in-office assisting with post-production, editing, processing, and video delivery as well as some time spent on-location.
You will report to the Business Owner who will set your work schedule and help with your on-the-job training.
The work is fast-paced and constantly evolving and will allow the right candidate to gain invaluable experience, improve their skills, push themselves – and have the chance to have their work seen by a global audience
Requirements
12+ Months or equivalent of video editing / videography experience (Graduate experience welcome)
A self-starter with a passion for video production and with a keen willingness to learn
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
A portfolio with slick work that expresses skills in visual storytelling, editing Effective communication skills with ability to present ideas and communicate to project stakeholders
To ensure all video assets are stored, catalogued and maintained to maximise efficiency and ease of access to everyone in the business
Play a key role at every stage of the creative process from conception to production and final edit
To enhance and protect the creative integrity of the brands, whilst balancing the commercial and creative needs, budgets and deadlines of multiple stakeholders
Good team player
Nice to have
Motion graphics experience would be advantageous but not essential
The ideal candidate will equally be comfortable in front of the camera as they are in operating one although this is not essential
Photography skills is a plus
Qualifications & Experience
1 to 2 years’ experience working in a similar role in a creative environment
Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop. 3D animation is an advantage.
Solid camera experience
Technical equipment knowledge. eg. camera, lighting, sound etc.
Technical software knowledge, format, codecs, outputs etc.
Strong portfolio/showreel
IT Experience
Mac / Windows savvy - must be familiar with general computer use including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
Personal Attributes
Highly creative and thrive in a creative environment
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Quick learner, self-motivated but also a team player
Willingness to learn and go the extra mile
