Really helpful staff

A complete cycling newbie, the team here made me feel so at home, especially Toby, unlike other stores I attended. Great deals topped off with great service, I would recommend to everyone and will definitely be going back!

I caught the cycling bug at the start of 2016 and I have purchased many items from Kinetic. The guys are extremely friendly and have excellent customer service skills. They are happy assist with any issues and also give free tweaks without charging sometimes if a minor issue. Can not rate them any higher really!

Sorry lads it's a thumbs down from me. Purchased the bike easily enough but after that customer service went downhill. For well over a month now I've been trying to get my hands on associated mudguards and it's like getting blood out of a stone with me doing all the chasing. Seems like they're not interested in the small value item sales. A shame as it ruins the customer experience.

I've always received excellent service and friendly advice whenever I've popped in.

Purchase a new hybrid bike for my husband as we had to go from 2 cars down to one. The staff were very helpful in the best bike to purchase for our needs. The bike was checked before we rode it away, and was told any problems please let us know.
