A Kinetic Pilates Client Story. ⭐️⭐️
Florence came to us 4 years ago after falling and fracturing her pelvis. We helped her gain strength and confidence after her fall. One year ago Florence had a hip replacement- although you would never know looking at her now!! Florence will be 87 on her next birthday!! She is a testament to the fact that one can gain strength and improve their body at any age. Joseph Pilates would be so proud of her!! Florence's dedication and willingnes...s to continue to exercise and work hard is something we can all learn from. She is an inspiration to all of us at Kinetic Pilates. We only hope that we will be as strong and determined as her when we are her age. ⭐️⭐️

Just wanted to say I loved my private session with Mark, great to experience a different style if teaching and was great to get some hands on adjustment and great knowledge sharing...
