Janice Figgest, Liz Almond and Dominique Ampe-Burton have put together this unique workshop to show you how to ‘do’ the menopause mindfully, spiritually and natural...ly.and what to do as self-help when at work, in social situations or in fact any time that we can’t just go and hide because we are feeling anxious or are having a hot flush. Knowledge is power and in this workshop, you are going to learn how to: Manage your hot flushes at night Get more energy Feel more in control of mood swings, irritability, low motivation and much more! With our support and knowledge, you can learn how to get your life back without it being sabotaged by something that feels out of your control. Our core aim has always been to take a natural approach to peri-menopause and menopause. The peri-menopause is the years leading up to your last menstrual period, the time in which your periods stop, the menopause. We favour a holistic approach, treating the whole body and mind, and our aim is to overcome the debilitating effects menopause can have which includes anxiety and depression, loss of self-confidence and increased low self-esteem. Using what we share with you on the day of the workshop can align your mental, spiritual and emotional health and lead to more clarity, direction and focus. This workshop will put you firmly back in control so that you can enjoy life to the full. It would be great to see you on the day.
