Using Energy Healing (Reiki /Seichem /Shamanic) allowing the body to experience deep relaxation and rebalancing of energy. Can be used on all people young and old, pregnant, after surgery,
etc. Enhances the bodies ability to self-heal and can be used together with conventional medicine.

I offer teaching in Tera-Mai (TM) Reiki & Seichem from Level 1 through to Master /Teacher level. I also offer courses and workshops in energy healing, plant spirit medicine and bird spirit medicine.

I also offer Ku Nye (Tibetan) Head massage, meditation one-to-one sessions, and run monthly shamanic drumming and healing circles.

I am also an Advanced Plant & Vibrational Essence Practitioner and offer consultations using BACH, Chalice Well, WildHeart Animal & Wild Medicine Essences.
