Great Pub, great hosts stayed in one of the cottages which were excellent value, clean and had the facilities necessary for a family of four. No bath.

Dog friendly. Seems popular with the locals. Currently got scaffolding up but big and open inside. Nice and friendly staff. Had a few beers in their and enjoyed it
Great Theakston Legendary Ale plus guest beers, welcoming and very hospitable bar staff in a traditional English sports pub atmosphere with split screens, darts, dominoes and pool , exceptional inglenook fire place
Was nice rooms with plenty of space. Noise was a bit much from the bar but we were warned and the rain soon caused the people outside to scatter!
Overall was good value for money and area is nice. 7/10.

Such a nice place to go for a drink. Dog friendly too. Food looks lovely but didn't eat there. The bar staff were a little slow and took a while to get served when they were all stood around talking but I think that was a genuine mistake, don't think it's the norm. Will definitely return
