We will pick up speed as we go (and the more speed you use, the more weight you'll lose!!). We will pick up passengers along the way and we will make regular stops. If you need to jump off at one of the stops, just jump back on the next available train heading towards your destination. Don't cross the platform and go back the way y...ou came though! You may have lots of baggage with you so if you can, check it into left luggage and start this journey with as little as possible to carry. Three years ago today I walked into my first slimming world group.
In that time not only has it changed me as a person,it has changed my outlook on life. Facing challenges I never thought possible.
Not only have do i have a healthier relationship with food but also a healthy relationship with exercise.
