Services provided: A drop-in service providing advice on benefits, maximising income, statutory rights, accessing health services and securing temporary accommodationReferrals to relevant housing providers including local projects such as the Joel Community Trust's 10-bed night shelter in Norbiton and the YMCA in SurbitonTwo year tenancies for up to 37 single people ineligible for council housing in one of 9 properties with a Support Plan being developed for each tenantEmergency clothing, sleeping bags, backpacks and food for people who are living on the streetsA weekly Jobclub to help clients find work
