most friendly and competent staff! when I was long distance cycling in England, showing up in the shop on a saturday evening just before closing time they wouldnt hesitate helping me to fix a problem with my gears. I appreciated it a lot!

All of my family buy their bikes here. It's such a great shop with amazing staff. It's a lovely family run business who are happy to give advice and help as much as they can. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Helpful and informative were the staff when i went to choose a cycle. Was told i was buying the 'best of the cheapest', and after seeing the bikes at the cycling group i've joined, that statement i found to be true.
It's a decent enough bike for my 'price range', and i did a 12 miler on it with no problems.
I have used kingston cycles before, and will use them again, as i get the feeling they're not trying to make 'tons' of money out of you, and are genuine about 'giving you a decent ride without overcharging'. Angie, west hull

Great service, bought some handles which didn't fit, they exchanged them for some different ones with no problem and offered to fit them if I was still having problems.

Great staff with the loads of expertise and knowledge. I bought a fantastic Scott Scale Mountain bike which was the best purchase I've made! A highly recommended establishment.
