Shocking waiting times, 2 patients waiting for an hour to be seen

I'd say its the worst run GP I've ever used. You call in for an appointment and best they can give you is in two weeks time, yet the place is always empty when you do go in! The staff care little for the reason you need the appointment their response is call back in morning, why even work in the NHS if you show lack of empathy for those in need of help and advice? In my opinion I think they need a better system and a complete change of staff. The people are as outdated as the systems they operate. I'm changing my GP, my advice would be to anyone else to do the same.

the older receptionist is so rude the younger one is lovely though

I have been a patient here for a number of years and I have found all of the staff, nurses and doctors that I have dealt with to be very professional and helpful, on the other hand I have witnessed some of my fellow patient's behaviour to be threatening, aggressive and very impatient, the majority of whom seem to be foreign nationals, I don't know how the staff deal with this sort of thing if this is a regular occurrence, personally I wouldn't be able to, so credit to them.

Wene i moved to Ipswich i hade x ray thay find out i have arthritis and liver disease and stomach problems and low vitamin d and anemia the most stupid jp is dctor farooq an dctor hoosen

Called in at short notice twice with a complicated and difficult situation. The receptionists couldn't have been more helpful both times. Made urgent appointments for a different doctor to see the patient on each occasion and made him feel welcome as well as making further appointments to see him. Thank you.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Terrible receptionists, with power trips and bad attitudes. The doctors have no interest in your problems just want you out ! Worst doctors surgery ever.

Horrible doctors staff and some of the receptionists arnt too helpful either
