This visit was so much better than my last visit 2 weeks ago. Last visit, even though there were only 6 people in the whole place, the waitress was rushing about, was very abrupt and then dropped a tray of drinks behind my chair so I ended up wearing Diet Coke and wine! We didn't leave a tip.

On this visit the waitress was great. She was very friendly, she was efficient without being pushy and she got a good tip.

However on both occasions the food was excellent, served in a timely manner and tasted great.

Really helpful this afternoon,I am lactose intolerance they bent over backwards to help me out they made up a dessert for me that was not on the menu will certainly be going back thank you once again, ���

Love the open chicken sandwich on the 5 for £5 menu great value for money and so nice. And the passion fruit sundae was amazing . Our server Pauline was very helpful !! Definitely recommend!!!!

Haven’t been for over a year because of problems - so we decided to pop in for my birthday and it was fantastic the welcome we got was just brilliant the staff are brilliant and Tracey the manager was perfect and made my day so special, the food was fantastic and cooked perfectly � this place is brilliant

Had a great meal service excellent could not fault it. Five of us went and had a great evening.

Had a great birthday meal - lovely steak and my very own balloons! Thank you to Naomi for looking after us so well again.

Fillet steak was superb and friendly staff

Like the layout, tables not too close together. Enjoyed the food. The staff were friendly but had to wait quite awhile for food drinks and clearing the table and a few mistakes on orders but when notified the staff corrected it. Would eat there again.

Disappointed, they advertised a traditional Sunday lunch, so we went on Father's Day, only to be told because it was Father's Day the Sunday lunch was not an option. We email.ed a complaint and have not received a reply. We took people who love there Sunday lunch, and would not have gone there if we had known.

Waitress was friendly but as it was busy there obviously weren't enough staff on. My meal was good but my husband didn't like his meal, they got my bill wrong and had to wait half an hour to settle bill. Glass of wine expensive at £6.19.

Had to wait a long time for someone to take our order waited a long time for our food. Asked to see the dessert menue it took half an hour for someone to bring the menue. The food portions where very small left feeling very hungry. Very dissapointed with everything will not be going back.

Food was ok. Disappointed with the the member of staff who looked after us. Wasent very good didn't bring chips out till i had finished my meal then left our plates for 25 min after we finished. Never asked for our points card had to wait 15 min before he brought our drinks over aswell. Very disappointed with the customer service we received during our meal.

We went as a party of 9 for my daughters birthday and the whole night was a shambles. We waited ages the food didn't come out together, the extra sides/sauces were forgotten, one meal had got chips instead of fries, one meal was cold so resulted in that person not eating. Two deserts were wrong and extra ice cream was forgotten. I didn't like the manageress attitude but in fairness she didn't charge for desserts and drinks. But I would of rather paid full price and had an enjoyable evening. Went home disappointed and hungry.

Walked into the restaurant and wasn't acknowledged even though staff were walking around, this formed a que going outside the door. Didn't really think much, then was told there was a 45 min wait for a table even though the place was empty and every table was layed up! We stayed for a drink for around 30 mins and not 1 person had walked into the restaurant - will not be returning

Premium Price, Terrible quality and presentation. A little attention to detail here could go a long way, sad thing is, they got the inexpensive part wrong, crazy.

My wife and mom chose the slow cooked beef on Sunday when they got it it was tough and not nice. At least the girl came round to change it to chicken, but we found a few people complain about the beef

What a terrible meal I had tonight, even got some extra mouldy looking salad!

Very poor. Ordered an adult steak for my son costing £12 received a portion not fit for a child . NO salad. No jacket potatoes.
