Went in for normal checkup ,doctor spotted heart problem called 999 straight to Russell's hall .cant be any better than that saved my life

The staff are always friendly and welcoming . The care and treatment I’ve received since being at this surgery is excellent .

Still difficult to get appointments even if it's urgent

Impossible to get an appointment here, if you can get past the rude,obstructive receptionists,then you are a better person than me. I'm registering somewhere else.

Just called to book an appointment, next one is the 26th April?! That’s ridiculous.
