It is with great sadness that Paul and Jenny have to announce the closure of Kitsch N D'or after 15 years of business. Due to continued impasse with the landlords, they have had to make this decision for the future happiness of their family. From everyone here at the Kitsch we would like to say thank you to all our customers and friends for your continued support over the last 15 years. We would not have been able to do it without you all. Thank you and goodbye.

Florence Wine tasting: 1st course - Verdiccio dei castelli. Served with a light and zesty tuscan bean salad with fresh herbs and roasted peppers. 2nd course - Pino nero, Cantina Danese. Served with a warm chicken liver pate flavoured with fresh sage and oregano accompanied with crustinis. 3rd course - Primativo, Catina Danese. Slow cooked Tuscan short rib of beef. 4th course - Pantelleria, Muscat. Kitsch's take on the classic tiramisu. Flavoured with orange blossom, honey and... rum.

Named after Paul and Jenny Standley 's daughter Mae Florence, our Monthly wine tasting falls upon the lovely provence of Florence. (it rhymes!) We work closely with our wine merchant Karl, to pair four choice wines with four courses of authentic Florentine cuisine. £28.50, four courses, four glasses of wine. we cater for most dietary requirements if we are informed before the night. Spring is finally here! To celebrate, as our special for the weekend, we are serving a whole leg of slow cooked lamb to share. Served with olive oil mash, a gratin of root vegetables and a rich port jus. @£40.00 for two people. Spaces are still available for tonight!

We are now fully booked for our Valentines menu on the 14th but we have availability on Friday night if you would like to celebrate it early! It is 3 courses for £35 with a little bottle of bubbly ❤️

To celebrate Valentine's Day we will be running a special menu on evenings of the 13th and 14th of February. This menu includes 3 courses and 200ml bottle of bubbly for £35pp. We have limited availability for these nights so make sure you call now to avoid disappointment!

We are feeling just a little festive...

We are currently looking for a sous chef 30 hours a week. The position can be permanent or just through the Christmas season. Pop into the restaurant or email us for further details.

Our theme for New Years Eve has been confirmed as The Swinging Sixities! Think Twiggy, the Beatles and Austin Powers…We can't wait to see the costumes!

So sad that such a lovely, well run establishment has been forced into closing their doors. The quality of the food, the service and the ambiance were second to none. Such a shame.

Second visit last night to KnD'or was fabulous. The service was outstanding, especially after I had changed the booking a few times to add more people joining the party and they were so accomodating. The food was very tasty and quality ingredients, the wine selection is lovely. We all had such a fantastic time. Learned that Friday nights are jazz and tapas nights, plus the wine tastings nights... should keep us coming back for more!! :)

Me and My Mum had a Great Meal there Earlier...First Time There But Def Wont be the Last...Great Food Great Staff Great Service.

In my view the best food and the best value of any restaurant anywhere (that I have eaten in). I have eaten better food sometimes, although not often, but certainly not for the price and the friendliness of the service.

Only criticism, service can be a bit variable, and a little overwhelmed when they are busy. Still worth the wait I think.

Have taken friends here twice this week. My London friends were wowed by the quality and presentation of the dishes and said that they compared very favourably with what they expect in Kensington but at a fraction of the price. The service as always was perfect.

Fantastic lunch and great value! Have been for lunch many times over the last year or so and have never been disappointed.
