Today we say good luck to our current Community Development Coach Jamie Buhlemann as he moves on from his full-time position with KLCF ☹️ He moves into the higher education department at Easton & Otley College. Jamie has been involved with the scheme since 2006, firstly as a player before joining the coaching team.
In 2014 Jamie took on a full-time Job with KLCF and has since been influential in growing the schools and holiday programme and its initiatives on offer. These two... programmes have been at the centre of the community football scheme since its birth in 2002. We thank Jamie for all his hard work and effort in supporting the day to day running of the King’s Lynn Community Football scheme.
On a positive note for us, this is not a complete goodbye as Jamie will remain with the Elite Football Programme on a part-time basis 😁 JB has had the pleasure of coaching multiple teams across the KLE age groups. His last 2 seasons have been with the very talented KLE U16’s of 2018/19. This season he is supporting the KLE U14’s and has been for the last couple of seasons but this is their first venture in the Junior Premier League.
Thanks again JB, KLCF

This week we had the good news that Coach Richard Bland has completed his UEFA B Certificate in Coaching Football. The certificate will take a full season to complete and will really test a coach's tactical knowledge. Richard has been a Level 3 coach since gaining his FA Youth Award in 2014, his competencies in this qualification were to develop players in the technical, physical, social and psychological corners supporting our ‘Long Term Plan’ in developing players who are t...echnically good with the football, good at problem-solving and make good decisions for themselves and the team. Along with this, the players have a good mindset, are coachable and can manage their emotions win, lose or draw.
Over the last 18 months of learning, Richard can now compliment his youth award knowledge with the tactical knowledge he has gained from his UEFA B License. This also now means all four King’s Lynn Elite JPL Squads are being supported by a UEFA B License coach which is great for the scheme We would like to thank the support Richard has had from the U13 U14 players and parents during the course.
Good luck Saturday away to Oxford City.
