Outstanding customer service! Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Originally went to Hammonds to later find out they were closing down. So glad I went into Kloofs as they went above and beyond to help me with my purchase.

Had the best experience at Kloofs with Peter and Penny. Such a lovely couple. They both helped me out when choosing some earrings for my mums birthday and even found a perfect pair for myself. Would highly recommend!

Agree with previous review that the man who valued my items was very dismissive. Perhaps thought should be given to WHY people have to sell items of loved jewellery before telling them that they'll only give you a fraction of what your gold and diamonds are worth - as though he couldn't care less.
