Went to see Snow White panto on Saturday night. what can i say. it was brilliant from start to finish. staff were excellent. will be coming back again.

Went swimming with the hubby. Nice big changing room & I'm glad that there is no segregation as I wanted to share locker space with the hubby. Did our research on the website first, so we were fully aware of the padlock situation. Luckily we brought our own padlock with us as there were none for sale behind reception. Wasn't too busy & we were able to swim without disturbance. All in all a very enjoyable experience & I'm looking forward to going again. �

Tuesday evening yoga 8 - 9.30pm great stuff. Been to lots of yoga classes this one is suitable for beginners but, if you have made some progress or have done yoga for a while the class leader can suggest how you can push into the yoga moves and poses a bit deeper.

Top of the range centre. With top of the range staff. All the fitness instructors have their own individual styles. Every single class is different. You never know what to expect. And that's what I love about the 7am club. Always on your toes. Heard a lot of people have move gyms to save a tenner� then regret it instantly. You get what you pay for in life. I think the membership fee is very reasonable. You get what you pay for like I say. And all equipment is in perfect condition and always maintained. Don't think I've ever seen an 'out of order' sign in there. Highly recommended centre. Keep it up team �

Staff are so friendly I love that I can spend time in the leisure

Since loosing my husband I have met some wonderful friends plus all that is on offer suits my needs

Sharon on reception was so patient, helpful and nothing was a problem. She went above and beyond! Gym facilities were great.

Loved our 2 hour spa afternoon. Best thing ever. Would defo recommend

Lovely pool and great, friendly staff.

Great facilities- we are very lucky to have this amazing centre in huyton. We use it for a range of reasons; swimming to attending shows and always very impressed.

Great facilities in the gym. Always clean and tidy.

Friendly and well educated staff, that cannot offer enough help and support.

Fabulous facilities with plenty of options to get active and stay active for the whole family!

what i saw it was very good

Attended a swimming gala here, visiting with another swim club. Very impressed with the facilities - just wondered why cafe was shut on a day when they could have made a mint from the visiting clubs . Nevertheless most impressed with the pool and spectator area.

Unfortunately the management dont listen to the customers and they get rid of instructors its called biting of they're own nose off to spite their own face spin not very good the past few weeks �

I'v been going to the glow class since it opened. But starting to get very annoyed as it is listed at stating at 7pm ending at 8pm! Always sitting about waiting for it to start, which is always 7-10 ish! And ends at 7-50! So it's only actually a 40minute class! I tend to stay low impact due to ligament issues & find the instructor doesn't give the low option so I make up my own! Iv been doin aerobics for many years enough to know the variations!

why have they changed the times from 6pm to 7pm for SPIN !! I'm not happy!! Classes always full, so they can't say to get more people to go!! Angry 😡!! No one asked me!! Only missed a week...

Took my son to swimming lessons for over a year he's not learnt much at all. Booking system changed so a nightmare to rebook even though he never moved up. Had to change days due to work took weeks and numerous phone calls. Finally changed to Saturday mornings only to be informed when we got there it was cancelled due to swimming gala. Emailed again took 2 weeks to get a reply now fighting to get refunded what I'm owed as they cleverly take payment in advance. For such a new centre the level of customer service is abysmal. If you're thinking of swimming lessons pay a bit more and go to a decent provider

My wife & I visited today to consider joining. When we went through the main reception door we were met by a young man who (barely) asked us were we there for "the everton lads?". We said no, we wanted reception to discuss joining the centre, to which we were asked the same question - were we there for the everton lads. No, we said, we wanted to discuss joining. The yoof then realised what we required & showed us out of the door marked "main reception" to a grey door around the corner, not signed & leading into a 6"x6" box, one door leading to a weights area & a window in a corner - unmanned despite this being the middle of the day. I suggested the main reception sign be moved if it wasn't actually over the entrance.

There was an ominous sign stating no adults in the training area when junior sessions were underway.

All in all, a truly awful experience. no staff, no assistance & it had the appearance & feeling of walking into a prison, not that I actually know what that feels like.

I pay almost £30 a month for a membership then get told to park 7000 miles away so non paying people get priority parking! What's that all about?!
