Just bought a chicken bun from this place in Tynemouth market. Unreal flavours. The bun,a soft but firm dumpling style bed to rest the marinated chicken on. Packed with a refreshing red cabbage and carrot slaw and drizzled in a few secret sauces. A nice little surprise of roast peanuts in there as well for good measure. Well played.
