I tried the egg curry as a lunchtime snack for me only, added 2 boiled eggs to sauce and was really nice, chappati good to dip up the sauce. With most ready made sauces I added a pinch of garlic masala at the end and 3 or 4 green cardamoms at the start for extra flavour plus a pinch of mustard seeds. Turned out well, now looking to try the spicy dish, the kolapuri massala you sell if I can find it. Cheers
