Hundreds of young adults across West Sussex are overlooked for jobs because of a disability or autism despite being skilled and ready to work. During National Careers Week (4-9 March) West Sussex County Council is raising awareness of the issue and helping teachers, parents and employers work together to support young people with SEND achieve their career goals.
