Relaxing massage (with lymphatic drainage-optional)
30 minutes (specific area) £15. 00
45 minutes (Shoulders, back and legs) £19. 50
1 hour (Shoulders, back and legs) £23. 50

For all sports teams or sporting events:
Pre-event: no later than two days before game /competition
Post-event: as soon as possible after game /competition
£10 each or £15 for both
