Here’s a VAIO booked in for diagnosis today. After becoming unable to boot, it was clear something had gone wrong. We diagnosed the Hard Disk and found that it had failed. Fortunately, the customer had an external back up.
We removed the faulty hard disk and installed a brand new replacement. Back goes the Operating System and it’s all repaired.

Here’s a HP in for a RAM upgrade this morning. Our customer noticed that a game they wanted to purchase required 8GB of RAM to run effectively. They consulted us and asked if that’s something we could help them upgrade to.

We have a iMac in this morning for a fan replacement. After noticing a considerably loud; grinding noice from the fan enclosure, it was found that the fan unit was blocked with dust.
Due to the strains on the fan, the bearings had failed and resulted in a damaged fan. We ordered a genuine replacement and installed it this morning. It’s now back to running super silent!

Being the chair of the school PTA, I use my tablet for pretty much everything. So when the USB ports stopped working I was very frustrated. Being able to have a timetable that worked around me and my busy life, meant that I could drop my tablet off on a Sunday evening, and have a diagnostic before bed. And repaired by mid afternoon the next day.



I'm very pleased with the service I received and will definitely be returning in the next few months for other repairs to the same device.
