We know a large number of people have been enquiring about Mr Ely following the appeals last week. Thankfully there has been a happy resolution and he has been found.
Thank you for sharing the Police appeal. It has been amazing to see members of our wonderful community supporting neighbours in this manner.

As part of our collaboration with Terracycle we have now expanded our recycling options by adding three further programs.
This means you can now recycle the following: - Pringles tubes - Most bread bags (those made from LDPE plastic) in association with Hovis... - Cracker, cake and non-savoury biscuit wrappers in association with Pladis.
This is addition to the already existing programs for: - Crisp, nuts, popcorn & pretzel packaging in association with KP Snacks - Toothbrushes & associated toothbrush/toothpaste packaging in association with Colgate - Baby food pouches/packets in association with Ella's Kitchen.
With the exception of the Pringles program all of these will accept different brands packaging too.

Getting excited about Wallingford Blues & Beer Festival & Rugfest Wallingford? We now have tickets available for every day of the festival. It is looking like being a cracking weekend.

In addition to the KP Snacks (crisp, popcorn & pretzel packets), Colgate (toothpaste, toothbrushes & packaging) and Ellas Kitchen (baby food packaging) recycling programmes we will now be collecting old Pringles tubes.
This programme is in association with Terracycle (more information here: https://www.terracycle.com/en-GB) & Pringles. Please see the attached poster for more details of what can be accepted.
There will also be the opportunity for money to be raised for a local charity or school. I will post a separate post explaining more and will be looking for ideas as to who could benefit from this.

Did you know that Beers & Blues is returning this June after two years wandering the wilderness? They popped by to ask us to hold some tickets for you great people to buy and we thought, yeah, ok, why not. Of course we need to clear some space so we have significantly reduced our older H&H items to clear: - Large Glass Jars were £14.99, now £7.49. - Medium Glass Jars were £6.99, now £3.49.... - Votives & Scent Cups, were £1.99, now £0.99.
