For all those who have or know people with Autism we have discovered that the Metrocentre has a new scheme going, at each information desk they have a backpack that contains sunglasses, ear defenders, egg times, visual symbols, fidget spinners etc and an orange wristband that allows all staff to be aware that the child/person is autistic. It is a £10 refundable deposit. Also the first Tuesday 10-11 and the first Saturday 9-10 they have a quiet hour where participating shops will reduce lighting sound and tannoy announcements. My daughter ruby just had a fantastic party. Our party co ordinator was brilliant with the children n organising it � I think her name was Kayleigh ? Can u please pass on it was just this morning can’t thank her enough lovely lady. Think price is amazing softplay, food n disco/ games for £8.95 the whole morning has been perfect 4 my just turned 4 year old thank you so much krazy Kingdom

I accidentally booked a party for my daughter here (last minute, over the internet, didn't check anything as I thought it was our local soft play of the same name 😖). However, the lady that rang me to let me know was extremely understanding and helpful.

Always have a great time here, staff are great, place is clean,food great and well priced and love the new coffee machine. Seen some of the feedback on here and I disagree immensely, what I am disgusted most about is the state people leave the place in, food all over the floor, loo roll all over the toilet floor and what do these people feed their kids on!!! the nappy bin stinks so bad sometimes it not only stinks the toilets out but it wafts out into the play area every time the doors are opened, but again the staff sort this mess out. well deserved complements all round. X

Went today very strong smell of urine, baby toys need replacing and top of slide tubes could do with a good dust! Such a shame as a close handy amenity to take my two little ones and lovely big space for my older one to let off steam. Place could be so much nicer with an update and good clean.
