Being pregnant brings up all sorts of questions about what is best for you and your precious baby.
A doula is someone who can work with you as you work your way through the mountain of information presented to you as an expectant parent and help you to make the choices in pregnancy, giving birth and the early days with a new baby that you feel are right for you and your family.
By hiring me as your birth doula, I will work with you and your partner during your pregnancy, be with you at the birth to provide practical and emotional support and in the early days afterwards to help everyone adjust to the new little person in your lives. If you choose to breastfeed your baby, I can also offer breastfeeding support and information.
