... Our replacement cores all come with a compressor cover which has been cleaned and dimensional clearances all checked to be correct.
Recirc valves are either serviced or blanked off and it comes ready assembled to fit into the exhaust manifold.
Stage 1 core is £250. Stage 1 core with billet compressor wheel and cutback turbine is £310.
Both on exchange basis.

First tests of the new k04 stage 3 astra vxr hybrid.
Some more testing to come as well as some internal modifications to the turbo.

Ford focus ST250 k04 stage 2 version 2.
After the success of the V1 we are now releasing a V2 with the internal modifications to push over that 350bhp barrier without any noticeable difference in lag.
Not gaining a few bhp top end in exchange for loosing 1-1.5k of torque.
... As you can see from the testing of the original unit power delivery is almost identical to the stock oem turbo.

Not something we usually do but today we received our gauge holders for the test car. Hand made by Jordan Yeaman. The quality of them is excellent seemed a shame not to share his work with everybody.
Does stuff for all makes and models flocked in any colour you want.
