Some of us have a predisposed weight issue and therefore have 2 choices, accept it or change it. I made the decision to change in 2011. I regained some of my 5.5 stone loss while recovering from major surgery in 2016 but I survived and I will never ever stop fighting for my best self and will never ever be a size 22 again. Hi from Lanzarote 😊 I set myself a pre holiday target to lose 1 stone in 25 days. The result? Spot on 1 stone lost. Thank you Jaquie for your daily support aka kick up the bum!😂 Coaches need coaching too and I’m not afraid to ask for help 😊 I promise to continue when I get back as I have my sights on a very fit bod in time for my 50th next year. Let's talk maintenance. We all know Cambridge Weight Plan works it's been proven time and time again and has been around for over 30 years I think that alone says it all, but does the weight really stay off? Before I answer that let me ask you this. If you lose lots of weight then go back to your previous way of eating, the same way of eating that got you fat in the first place would you honestly expect to keep the weight off? Sounds ridiculous doesn't it but this is exactly what some people expect. Lose weight, change your eating habits for life and the weight stays off, simple. Now doesn't that make more sense?
