Boy!! That was some Friday fun with @linziih19 this afternoon for workout 2 of 3 today 🥵🥵 that made up for the poor effort on the run! .....So we did 5 rounds of this bad boy! •30secs up and down battle ropes •5 burpees •10 box jumps •15 press ups •20 static lunges (each leg) •25 olympic bar squats 🥵 5 rounds of that was something else!! So being in France for the last day today my 21 day challenge will officially start tomorrow but that’s not stopped me and @sarah.gascoyne.31 going on a sunny french morning run, 6miles done followed by a little 100 challenge on the lawn.... give this a go people if you can.... 100 squats 100 sit ups 100 press ups Plain and simple but a good little burner! Couldn’t be any prouder of my amazing client, but more importantly FRIEND! @sarah.gascoyne.31 She’s only gone and smashed her first half marathon! She doubted herself so much and at times wanted to give in on her training journey but today she showed up and rocked it!! It’s been a quiet week on social media for me, apologies! My husband has been quite unwell and I’ve been looking after him, but still going for it... This breakfast can only mean one thing!!! 👊🏻🏃🏼‍♀️.... it’s half marathon time once again! Half number 8 in the last 18months! Bringing me ever closer to The Manchester full in April! Today is a different run for me as I’ve been helping to train my amazing friend and client @sarah.gascoyne.31 for what is going to be amazing accom...plishment for her! Today is all about support and completion not time!! I’ll be running with Sarah and her husband and supporting her all the way! But it’s also a big day because Im also running on behalf of an amazing charity called CALM (campaign against living miserably) on behalf of an old friend who sadly lost his battle with his demons, but this charity could help someone looking to reach out, they have been amazing supporting Sams family! ****appreciation post***** HUUUUUUGGGGGEEEEE, big fat well done to this amazing lady @sarah.gascoyne.31 we completed her furthest run to date in training for the Robin Hood half Marathon in two weeks time, this will be Sarah’s first half marathon and is a MASSIVE achievement for her! She has done noting but go from strength to strength in the last year and never fails to amaze me with her determination and pure girl power!! I will be running with her to support her, this is Y...OUR race Sarah and I’m so proud of you for every mile you have achieved through blood, sweat and tears! This afternoon we were left with one option once again! ARMS BABY! We did five founds of -4 press ups, 4 wide press ups, 2 narrow THEN -4 press ups, 4 staggered press ups, 2 devil presses THEN -4 feet up press ups, 4 devil presses, 2 press ups! 5 rounds was emotional, fun with presses!! We also did some intervals on the cross trainer and a hiit round on the triceps!
