Another set of GT-R calipers removed for painting. These will be sunburst orange.

Alcon BBK calipers finished in bright red.

Our process for painting your calipers are as follow:
Carefully remove calipers from the vehicle.
Strip pads,pins and pressure plates as required.
... Clean and prep the calipers for primer.
Apply X amount of primer to the calipers as required.
Apply the customers choice of colour to the calipers and keep layering until the desired finish is achieved.
Bake the calipers until they have hardened.
Apply any decal(s) the customer may require.
Clear coat (lacquer) the calipers.
Final bake off till hardened.
Rebuild the calipers and refit to vehicle.
Bleed the vehicles brake fluid system and replace with required fluid. (Dot 4 - Dot 5 - Dot 5.1 race )
Wheels on, car off stands and you are good to go.......
Typical price for the service on 4 flat faced calipers i.e. Porsche, GT-R, Range Rover....... Is £399 + vat but please call for a quote if you are unsure what your vehicle has. 01344 891 891
