Kwik Fit

No issues here - went in for an mot and they ordered the part which came quick considering it was bank holiday.

I've had good Kwik Fits - and bad Kwik Fits in the past 25 years..... Just found another bad one here. One of my lads was just told if he got budget tyres they would only last 2000 miles each. If I go to a bike track day and ride like the devils vagina on heat - I'll get double that out of the rear tyre. Total b/s. I've done a tonne on Kwik Fit Arrows - driven in storms etc - and still got at least 15k out of the front drivers! One to avoid - go to the one in town - or the one if you want a Kwik Fit.

SHOCKING PLACE!! i went in with a car with no problems for an Mot. pass no problems .. The guy calls me up and says I have to come look at the car because its horrifing. He then said after i got there that the allighment was off dramatically. I told him it was not the car drives fine. But agreed to it becaus it might of been off by a littel and i like to keep my car in great service.
I then noticed them burning under my car with oxy and propane, to loosen the nuts. i did not like to see that so told them to stop. in the end i now have a car that if you let go of the steering wheel , it goes straight to the left... what a rip off, lieing bunch!!!

Cannot praise them high enough friendly helpful and very knowledgeable

Became rude and confrontational when I asked then to fix an issue they created. Problem was not solved, now I need to pay someone else to fix it.

Disappointed as my wife has been charged alot more than discussed over the phone. They added optional extras like nitrogen and expensive valves when they knew we didn't want or need them. Front wheel tracking was twice what I would have expected at £50! Feel like they saw my wife coming. Acting like a backstreet garage not a well known national brand. We will go to another well known tyre company in future. 😦
