Kwik Fit Ashford

I can't rate the people at KwikFit Ashford highly enough. They are professional, knowledgable and courteous and always put safety first. They may not offer the cheapest service but they certainly offer excellent value and service for the money.

Straight in , no booking. 2 tyres changed, others checked. In & out in 40 minutes. Brilliant.

My saviours on a day from hell- I got a puncture on the motorway, they stayed late for my car to be towed and then fixed the tyre first thing the next morning. Expensive but did what i urgently required in a time of need.

Had my car MOT here yesterday and I have to say I was totally impressed with every aspect of their service

Phoned in the day to ask if they could fit 2 new tyres and was told to leave the car with them and within 2 hours they would give me a price before they do anything. After 2 hours they phoned me and told me that it would cos £180 for 2 tyres. I asked which type and they told me they were mid range. I thought for that price you should be fitting a named brand as that is the price on their website. I was told that they had to charge for the inconvenience of fitting them due to not having an appointment.... What a waste of time. Very unprofessional. Avoid.

Completely farcical operation. I booked my car in for a full service, brakes overhaul and MOT and two new tyres and was told to come early. I arrived at 9 and was told I was too late, they'd brought someone in on their day off and he hadn't waited half an hour from their opening time at 8.30. No attempt was made to contact me, despite them saying they'd phoned. How they expect to maintain customers is beyond me. I've now got wait half a week for an MOT at a sensible garage.
