Kwik Fit Barking

Kwik Fit Barking is the friendliest place I've ever had my car serviced. They were very efficient, work was completed as they specified and they are very reasonably priced. Will definitely use Kwik Fit Barking again.

decent place, great manager Mr Gee. Always helpful. No push selling, just do the job. Been there quite a few times, always 5 star service, recommended!

I'm always impressed with Gee (manager) I've brought my car to this Kwik-Fit for a few years now. No pressure selling and he will do all he can to get you back on the road.

Be there for wheel balance, after this was done, can't drive. Car shake like crazy. This place is good for battery check or read engine errors. I'm not trust them anymore to do anything else.

Attended the branchon 20th February 2017 and spoke to Graham who claims to be manager?
Tried explaining my problem to him regarding work carried out by them about three weeks ago and he started by saying that it will now be chargeable work even though they had done the job. He was rude and did not know how to speak to customers. I am surprised that the branch is still open for business.
He should have at least offered to look if the problem before being negative about the whole situation.
I do not recommend this branch to any one else. Formal complaint filed at customer services at KWIK FIT.

Having read the previous reviews, I wasn't expecting much but found Kwik Fit here to be very good. I had an MOT done here and they showed me where there were possible issues with my car and highlighted what needed to be done. No upselling or talk of needless work.

I found them to be very good, friendly and they did a good job. I will be using them again. Free drinks machine and wifi available if you choose to wait whilst your car is having an MOT.

I wouldnt put a 1 star but you cant leave a review without it. Took my car to get an MOT - they failed it as it had a air bag light on. Now the two previous years when i took my car they always told me that xyz needed fixing and if i wanted to i could get them to fix it or it would fail. I happily went along. I must point out that i dont know anything about cars and i wont hold them resposible for this obviously but they failed me and said i had to go elsewhere because they didnt have the time or anyone qualified to fix it. I find this unacceptable. If they are carrying out MOT then they need to make sure they have the staff qualified to fix issues that come up because otherwise its redundant diagnosing faults. Suffice it to say i was left without a car for over a week because it wasnt easy to book the repair which wasnt a faulty airbag just a lose fuse which was a two minute job. When i went back for the retest they just did a visual check instead of doing an actual retest. When i queried why the prevous member had done my repairs they said that they shouldnt have and thats why they had been sacked. they also MISADVISED me and said it was only 48 hours for a retest however i was told its 10 working days
they are not good, i would highly advise you to avoid them because if you dont know about cars its best to go somewhere why they actually can do everything - worst car service ever!
