Originally planned for a full service, however I was advised by the staff that it had already had a full service 11 days before (before I had bought the car). The fact that they could of charged me but chose to be honest was a nice surprise, and the staff were very friendly

I have to redress the balance here. I've not always had a high opinion of the branch having had an employee try to sell me tyres I didn't need (heaps of tread left) about a year ago. Slightly reluctant to return, but I needed a pair of tyres (pothole damage) and wanted to get the online price as well as quick service, so bit the bullet. Completely different experience this time, I could not fault the service I received today.

Really helpful staff, issues with my exhaust blowing.. Walkin no appt, all sorted 30mins job done.

The online booking system was a nightmare and had to book tyres and MOT by phone. Was then later phoned back to tell me they may or may not have the tyres in stock in time for my MOT- still don't know what is going on!
