Kwik Fit Berwick

When my car went of the road whilst on holiday, I took it to quick fit to review the damage. They did a free check and fitted my number plate back on for nothing. They were able to get the part I need next day and fitted it early the next morning so I can get on and enjoy my holiday. Great and friendly service and would use again.

Only really interested in taking your money. Told lies by staff to secure further booking only to be presented with demand for more cash. No interest in customer services. Call to area manager complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being lied to and ripped off.

Absolutely fantastic service and brilliant staff. Can't thank you enough for getting us back on the road. So kind and professional mechanics.

Needed a replacement tyre whilst on holiday I tried these guys who quoted me £63 for a budget tyre although online quote was £48 ?? Needless to say I waited until I got home and paid just £37 so yer as we was told sarkily on way out good luck !! Thanks I made it home and didn't get ripped off even my tyre place was disgusted and called you a rip off !

The guys that work there deserve a gold medal for the service that they gave to myself and my wife.Sorted the coolant problem without any fuss and also should me what the problem with the car was.If only more people in the world could be like these guys it would be a happier place.We both left and felt like we were treated like royalty.Once again Thanks

Very disappointed in the attitude from this garage. They couldn't help me - which is fair enough and not preventable - but were rude about it and made me feel stupid. They were unpleasant and unhelpful whilst I tried to get my car removed from their garage and watched with a cup of tea as we struggled to have it loaded onto the tow truck. I regularly use a Kwik Fit in Edinburgh who have solved all problems for me and are extremely helpful and polite, hence my reason for choosing this garage in Berwick. I will not be returning nor recommending this garage to anyone.
