Kwik Fit Canterbury

Great service - arrived without an appointment as my exhaust fell off (catalytic converter end) service was quick and efficient. I was given an estimate of cost and told it could be done on the day, they called as soon as it was done and checked my tyre pressure and changed a headlight bulb for me too. Very friendly, very efficient and would definitely use again

Worst overpriced garage. Kwik Fit Canterbury is unnecessarily overpriced in comparison to other garages in town....The staffs are also not helpful. They are opportunist and where possible try to deceive customers... Don't ever us this garage.....Extremely bad service... Terrible....

After reading a few reviews I was expecting the worst and to be stung with a big bill, however I was really pleasantly surprised! A service manager called Andi dealt with the work. Was extreamly honest,informative and professional! I know! Honesty! What a surprise and a breath of fresh air. He was extreamely reasonable on the price as well! Will definitely take my car back in a few months for its MOT. Looks like kwik fit is on the up!

Typical KwikFit. For no good reason they pumped my tyres with nitrogen rather than air and obviously charged me for it.

I'm disappointed as I arrived at 10.15 at Canterbury branch and left at 12 .30 and that was for to have two tyres changed and tracking done but my car was up on ramps engine running just sitting there . And you lads where having a chat or to . I'm disabled I don't expect to be keep waiting like this. And every now and then a lad poped in and said won't be long now sir pmsl.

Slow and stupid fit is more appropriate! I knew I needed 2 tyres. Went in - told them. I was told they would do an inspection. It took the best part of an hour of my precious weekend time for them to take my details - why? And then do an inspection - why? I watched the 'mechanic' write notes on a clipboard for all 4 tyres - why? I needed 2! Took ages! He then came and told me I could have 2 or 4 new tyres! WTF? So I politely said I'd have the 2 tyres I knew I needed. At last I thought I was getting somewhere and could get on with my day. The office man then went on the computer and told me that they had no tyres in stock - it's an 'unusual size'! They would order them in!!! Come the f___ on Slow Fit - it's a Volvo - in all my years with this car Ive never been told 'It's an unusual size!!!
I stormed out, went over the road and got 2 tyres fitted in minutes.

Kwik Fit - you are an utter JOKE.
