Kwik Fit Carlisle

I only use kwik fit as I am a lease customer,but...... Very poor reception,just told to "drive it in mate,I will just do a Sheet" despite me trying to explain the issue. Then,along with his one colleague proceded to deflect as much work as poss,despite looking like having nothing else to do. The main problem is he sat in my car with no seat cover on,and did the wheels up with the air gun,but did get a torque wrench afterwards, but that was pointless as they were over tight already,he also undid the locking wheel nut with the airgun,which is poor practice, I used to work in the motor trade,so know this. Very poor sorry I won't use them again,other kwik fit depots are much better

Excellent service very helpful 4 good tyres fitted alignment done car drives like new.

Helpful and honest.... Went to buy a tyre for £65 they fixed mine instead for £25 ...as a result my upcoming service will be done with these guys and any additional work in future as honesty is I've found becoming a rarity in the motoring industry ..definetly recommend

I found this Kwik Fit to be excellent! The service was great from all staff I encountered. I had an obscure problem with my car which two other Kwik Fit garages hadn't figured out but the manager at this branch realised what was wrong straight away. Really thorough, knowledgable and helpful staff. Even taking the time to explain things to me without coming across patronising. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone, but especially if you're a woman on your own. You'll feel welcome and at ease here 👍

First of all, being an independent woman is hard enough. I'm a single mom of two with a 2006 Peugeot 207 (5 door variant) with my role in HR at the local financial services i need a reliable car to get me from A2B. as well as picking my little munchkins from after school clubs. any way enough about me and my happy little life. more about the satisfactory service i was subject to at the local kwik fit. first of all i was not impressed with the way i was greeted on site. WOLF WHISTLED! Now that objectify's me as a woman. however they managed to fix my car with in 2 hours and at a great price. not only that the team on hand were lovely looking. "ladies you know where to go ;)" on the whole great experience defo would go there if i was in need of a strong man to fit my winter tires on due to the reckless storms we are having till late march nowadays (BLOODY GLOBAL WARMING AYE)

avoid at all cost
booked my car in for interim service had a wait of about three weeks
turned up at 8 30 to be told there was no one available on that day
to do my service
no phone call no e mail to let me know
half a days leave from work wasted
excuse was teething troubles with on line booking
altogether a very rubbish service
will not use kwik fit again

Excellent service. Lovely people and very clean, cleanest kwikfit I have ever seen.
