Kwik Fit Dover

Good blokes researched a weird tyre for me. Free coffee while u wait. It is what it is but thw guys are decent.

Had a punctured tyre and called at 4pm. Great service done quickly and economically all before they close at 6pm.

Received good service at Kwik Fit for change of 2 tyres, friendly, well organised though in a busy period and clear, helpful advice. Great!

Mark was an about diamond
A tree branch pulled the belly pan from underneath our car on the way to our 12 o'clock ferry. I rang to see of we could use their ramps to check the damage and fix it ourselves. Mark was lovely and went over and above to help us. He not only put it on the ramps but bolted it back free of charge.
I cant recommend the service at Dover highly enough. Thank you Mark.

Ordered a new specific tyre from France in advance of us arriving back on the ferry. Tyre was there waiting for us and was fitted in quick time.
Even got a broken locking nut off for us on a different wheel while we were there and I just happened to mention it. Fantastic.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! I used the Dover KwikFit and they lied on my MOT about my tyre - which was professionally proven not to be illegal. They then refused me a free MOT retest as they said I was out of the 10 working days - but I wasn't. Apparently on their system my MOT took place on 23/03/2017, however I proved to them it was 12/04/2017. They then refused to take off my advisories even though Mark Valle specifically told me they could do that for me on my retest. The man rudely told me I can pay £45 if I want my advisories taken off. When I told them to contact Mark Valle as they were going against what he told me, they smirked and told me it was his day off. And after checking my MOT retest, they've put the wrong mileage (which is higher than mine now even after driving around!!!). Money grabbing liars! Should have used Watling Tyres next door who are always great. But I was fooled into using a voucher for a cheap MOT. Little did I realise they'd try to make the money up through their constant lies!!

Don't bother .....Dick Turpin springs too mind...
