Excellent with Motability customers very helpful and check everything before you leave.

Turned up first thing in the morning, no appointment.
Someone looked at my car immediately, diagnosed the problem, ( which was tiny as it happened, but had worried me).
10 minutes later I was driving home. And it cost me... nothing!
They wouldn't even take a thank you-tip.
So that tip is going to my favourite charity.
Brilliant service. 😊

Terrible, always parts don't arrive, or your told ,its here but its locked in the mangers tool box!!? I Was there over 4 hours and 3 different days, did work on the wrong wheel,and expected to get paid for their mistake,!! I made it crystal clear 3 times to different staff which caliper needed replacing, They fixed the water squirters for the M.O.T. Then when I received the FAILED M.O.T. IT WAS THE WATER SQUIRTERS NOT WORKING!!!?!? HE SHOUTED TO THE CHAP THAT DID THEM, HE SHOUTED BACK ,YES THEY ARE WORKING FINE NOW, THEN THE BOSS Said NO?they are Not. I left very unhappy, CALLED TEC2 WHEN HE OPENED THE BONNET,HE SAID SQUIRT NOW! I DID, HE SAID COME AND SEE THIS!??? KWIK FIT HAD PULLED THE PIPE OFF THE CONNECTION AND IT WAS PUSHED DOWNWARDS SO THE WATER RAN THROUGH THE ENGINE???!NOW I CAN GUESS YOU'LL THINK OH! ITS COME OFF AND FELL DOWN THERE.
I HAD THEM PULLED OFF TWO WEEKS BEFORE, AND HAD TO USE PLIERS TO GET THEM OFF!
I WONT EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. I WENT TO PRESTON TO GET CAR SORTED VIA TEC 2 ADVISE. SHE PASSED LATTER THE SAME DAY? THANKS TEC 2 YOUR A STAR 🌌✳✳✳✳✳

No problems here, but I normally go to a locally run garage around the corner over this chain

I came here for a brake but went away tyred and exhausted!
