I have been here twice. The first time they scratched my headlight and tried to t cut it out when I mentioned it. The second time they said I had not completed my booking correctly online when I had. I then endured a 45 minute wait with customer services who at one point admitted that this happens from time to time and only offered a £20 voucher for my 3 hour round trip and 30 miles of fuel. Very poor customer service :(
