Kwik Fit Plus

Visited a few months ago for a tyre repair. Only repaired one tyre, fair price and good quality repair, but left another tyre with a nail in it, marked on paperwork once the car was returned. Could have done both together?

Visited again today for a 10am with a different car (First Appointment of the day) was confronted with at least a 50 minute wait. Not what I'd expect for a prebooked appointment. Could have turned up without a booking and get the same wait. Won't be receiving my custom again.

Second time asked these guys to repair my caravan tyres....both times valves had blown, both times no charge. Where can you get service like that anymore, when I asked why no charge same reply "" we only changed the valve sir ", well the next time I need work on my car I shall go here....

Pushed for more expensive tyres to be fitted, then belittled my girlfriend for not saying she had already booked online. Never asked this and just started the job without actually checking anything. Was rude throughout and then increased the price by £20 on what was quoted a few minutes earlier.
Avoid at all costs.

Much prefer Norwich garage

Rang up 1st thing bank holiday Monday and they fit me in the same day. Brakes checked and tyres fitted all round. Really good service and prices fair.

make sure you book your tyre fitting online or you will get over charged!! seems like a scam to get more money out of the elderly in my eyes!
