Kwik Fit Romford

I've been a customer of Kwik-fit for a few years. Having moved to Romford area this was the first time I used this branch. The booking online was easy, the customer service on the day was excellent and the work done within agreed timescale.

Advertising MOT checks,when I called to book my car in I was told they don't do them ????

Shocking don't go there, I asked the chap working on a Sunday whether he would repair a puncher on my tyre, before bringing the tyre in I asked if it was the same price on any tyre he looked at me as if I was stupid then came out to take my wheel when I took it out from my boot he said they don't repair porsche tyres....so why the stupid look you idiot that's why I asked you, get a job at the bingo hall if you can read!

Fast and friendly every time. Knowledgeable staff who offer great help and advice.

I was there twice, once with my SUV, they asked me to live it there for one day and they will fix it..They said it's a wheel bearing and they can't do it in there..actually was front brake discs wich i replaced them at my ussual service..After one month i was going there with my sister's car to check what's wrong as the oil light was coming on..they said they can do anything as they don't deal with these problems..STAY AWAY..even you can do better than them when it comes to cars!!

None existent customer service guy in charge ignored me for 25 mins in the end I just walked out should be shut down
