Excellent customer service, Kwik Fit fixed bulb in 2 mins, (Halfords badly tried for over 30 mins, before saying it must be something else). Kwik Fit did the bulb as soon as I arrived, and free of charge. Well done Kwik Fit, highly recommendable, 5 star, A 1.

If there's a queue you're never attended to in order. So your car will sit waiting to be taken into tyre bay because the person dealing with you isn't as on the ball as the one assisting customer after me. Tend to use kwik fit mobile which provides excellent service.

Always helpful and fixed with no issues

Going back a few years, A friend went there for his MOT, It failed on 16 things, I could not believe it, I told him they only rip you off,so I told him I would take his car to another MOT garage what I did, And it failed on 3 things. It's a garage I never use.

Delivered a vehicle for a MOT through a Lex Autolease account. The vehicle failed on a CV joint on the boot and was advised that the repair would take a couple of hours 🤔 To make matters worse, the man in the reception spent his time between playing 'Who wants to be a millionaire' on the work computer and ordering parts for his scooter. After an hour of waiting, I asked for an update to which I was informed that the parts were in order, not at any point was this explained to me and I had to wait almost 2 hours for this work to be completed. This is a service I would definitely not recommend.

second time now Kwik Fit have done some work on my car, I would recommend these guys to anyone... they do the job well without any hassle....

We arrived after an MOT told us we had a nail in a tyre. We turned up without an appointment. The staff were great they let us know where we were up to with the car. It was nice to have all the family being able to sit together while we waited. We could help ourselves to a selection of hot drinks, and as it was a hot day we were able to go outside to get fresh air. When they had finished we were told they had also changed a second tyre that was very worn as well. Great service and sass I am on the mobility scheme it was all at no charge for me.

Perhaps I was unfortunate in getting a member of staff having a very bad day. He was slow, every time the phone rang he sauntered into office to answer it, even took a break part way through the job, nearly 3 hours to change a tyre, unacceptable. Not helpful, impolite but worst part was his failing to point out to me that there was 2 items that required attention, the tracking was a long way out ( probable cause of tyre wear ) and that the brakes were in need of changing ( both of these were pointed out to me by a different tyre fitter after I got a sidewall puncture), again not good. I will never use this tyre fitter again
