I took my car into Kwik Fit this morning ,my car info panel was indicating that one of my tyres was losing pressure. I left the car and returned later, the fitter advised me that the car tyre pressures were all way out and that he had inflated all the tyres to the correct pressure and reset the car info panel and that there was no charge. I write this not because I was not charged, but for the outstanding customer service I received.

Called the centre to explain I'd be late for an express fitting I had booked online and they were very accommodating, despite being 25 minutes late.
Very professional staff

Very arrogant miserable attitude to coustomer I'm a motobility coustomer. And. I fell over the step nod. I didn't see the sign but NO sign of sign sympathy from the staff NO asking if. I was ok only you'll just have to wait 20 mins of more. I need 2 ne tyres on my. Volvo. But NOT from there I would deffinatley NOT recommend them
