Should have read the reviews before ordering, paid my money ordered the part and waited, and waited, and waited. Told has been dispatched, waited, and waited. Chased again only to be told they want £200 delivery payment. After producing evidence of web page ordering system, item suddenly disappears! No phone number, I expect it was always ringing with complaints. Only put one star because it would not let me post otherwise. Would stress do not use this Company !!

This lot do not respect their customers.
Ordered a part took 7days to tell me not in stock-order cancelled by them.
Ordered the same part, only genuine item this time and same thing, Amazingly though the exact part suddenly climbed 250 pound and now available.
This lot are disgraceful. Dont waste time dealing with them.
Out of business is where thy belong. If you want Land Rover gear use anyone else..

This company have an eBay shop also, I bid on 4 items in May 2017 and paid but the goods were never supplied, it took over a month to get my money back ! All correspondence/ emails ignored. Judging by other feedback this company lack integrity and I would certainly NOT recommend them ...... I was lucky, after lots of time spent and hassle at least I got my money back ...... eventually. Caveat emptor ..... buyer beware !

Hopeless at the moment have found them good in the past.
Last order all the parts didn't get sent have been paid ,can't ring won't reply to emails not the best way to do business

Email confirmation of order was wrong. Not answering phone or replying to emails.

Follow up

Have made contact order is being sorted.

No problem on the parts just don't expect them in a rush (my bad, should have read their terms etc..) ordered Sunday night didn't receive parts till Friday oh and communication was poor if you pay as a guest.

They don't want to talk on the phone. Rubbish.

I have received a damaged item unfit for use. Tried contacting them. Emails rejected and phone goes to voicemail telling you to email.

Order at you own Risk.

small cheap parts were OK. but I could have purchased them elsewhere!

Just stating my experience. If anyone has alternative contact details I would be happy to try.
