La Fitness (Burnham)

LA fitness Burnham is ideally situated on the Slough Trading Estate close to Burnham Train Station. We are more than just a gym; the club boasts a 20 metre swimming pool with sauna and steam room, 4 squash courts, Exercise studio and separate Spin studio. We have an extensive studio timetable offering over 50 classes to suit all, from high impact Body Combat classes to low intensity classes such as Pilates and Yoga and if that wasn't enough we also have our own cafe bar, hairdressers, osteopath, solarium and beautician. The staff aren’t bad either, they're all dedicated to help you achieve your goals.
