I have been a keen baker for many years and I came to realise that this is my passion. With a background in the catering industry and being a fully qualified chef and having made many cakes, cupcakes and cookies for family and friends, it seemed a natural progression to cake design and this has led to commissions from people who have seen my creations and want to have something unique and special too.
Using the finest quality ingredients I specialise in beautiful sugar flowers and modelling and aim to provide my customers with stunning cakes, cupcakes, cakes in a jar, cookies and cake pops which also taste delicious!
